In my role at CDRG, I collaborated closely with developers to enhance the SRTR public and Secure websites in 2017 and again in 2025.

My direct experience working with the users of these websites provided valuable insights into the User Experience Design of the sites.

Having daily interactions with the public enabled me to identify immediate trends in user needs, which I communicated to management and developers for potential enhancements or new developments.

I took ownership of the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) sections for both the SRTR secure and public websites, regularly updating this content based on insights gained from users. I collaborated with management and biostatisticians to ensure that the responses were accurate and informative.

The FAQs on the SRTR websites served as a valuable supplementary resource for understanding the data, tools, and reports published by SRTR for public access.

In addition to managing the FAQs, I consistently produced visual assets utilized across various sections of the public website.
